"Fear can shut down the creative capacity to find better ways and even the will to find them.
Hope is about finding both the will and the way forward."
- William R. Miller, 8 Ways to Hope
There's so much going on in our world right now, it feels impossible to keep up. And hard to hold onto hope.
Are you finding yourself feeling anxious, fearful, grief-stricken, or angry?
When the world "out there" is brewing and turning in chaotic ways,
it's easy and natural to find yourself feeling unsettled.
We need to take time and space to settle the internal landscape.
Wisdom arises when we take the time to slow down and to move with our emotions.
This time isn't about glossing over, avoiding, denying, or sugarcoating
the horrific, painful events of our lives.
It is intended to fortify our beings, our spirits,
so that we can keep on showing up, keep on engaging in life.
Hope is not a weak word or a flimsy wish, my friends.
Hope is a fierce force that rises from within and calls us forward to be part of a better tomorrow.
Hope rises when dark forces threaten the horizon and says, "No! This is not how our story ends!"
Let's come together to cultivate hope.
To remember that goodness exists as we see it in the hearts of those who will come to this circle.
“Hope is being able to see that there is light despite all of the darkness.” – Desmond Tutu
Join me for this mini retreat devoted to cultivating your inner resources.
This is a time to remember and connect with the hope that resides within you,
hope that's there even in the darkest moments.

Who do you want to be as we live in a time of great uncertainty?
Now is an ideal time to pause and mindfully reflect so you can intentionally step into this chapter of life.
Will you join me in being a Possibilitator? One who shines the light of hope and possibility -
especially in times of darkness
With mindful practice and a chance to move the energy that's stirring within us, we can be part of a positive force.
“Hope is holding a creative tension between what is and what could and should be,
each day doing something to narrow the distance between the two.” – Parker J. Palmer
What does retreat offer?
A time to reflect. An oasis for your heart and soul these uncertain times.
A time to go within and connect with yourself and with the possibility of hope.
A time to move intentionally, as we honor the grief, anger, upset that's here, as we allow
movement, breath, and expression to support us from shifting to a more empowered state.
A time to connect with one another in sacred circle.

Why Join Us?
Taking intentional time for your heart is a rare and precious gift in and of itself.
Our time together will offer you a foundation for grounding and calling forth the hope that's alive within you.
This is an opportunity to connect with your inner truth and guidance more deeply
and begin to embody this deeper knowing.
Rather than just intellectually "getting it," you’ll move from head to heart to being.

This retreat offers an opening to step out of the noise of the world and into an inner space
that better serves and honors who you want to be in this next phase of life.
As we take the opportunity to slow down enough to connect with what we want and need,
we’re better able to show up for our lives and to people, activities, and causes we care about.
In slowing down and going within, we rejuvenate, we soften and strengthen,
and we open to possibility in uncertain times.
Imagine what might arise from a state of self-acceptance, self-compassion, and self-love!
